This 2-day course is focused on all the production techniques we use on our farm from the crops we grow, tools we use and the methods we use for planting, harvesting, post-harvest and packing. It’s a jam packed two days and it’s all spent in the field. Dress for the weather. Tickets are limited to 25.
This course runs 9am to 5pm each day with a 1 hour lunch and two breaks before and after lunch.
